To maximise opportunities for PeoplePartners BPO Inc. to enhance its position in the Hospitality marketplace and raise PeoplePartners BPO Inc.'s profile as a provider of choice. Executed within this role via a high attention to detail in ensuring all documentation is immaculately prepared and tasks are followed through to conclusion.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for writing-up the full Comparative Market Analysis report, being fed by the information collected during the Business Assessment and any other additional information submitted by the Selling prospect
  • You will be responsible for preparing the full Business Profile and Information Memorandum for all new Businesses listed
  • You will be responsible for Contract Management of all business sales - including communicating with the relevant solicitors and landlords involved, plus tasking all communication with the Buyer & Seller around contract milestones to the Inside Salesperson
  • Writing marketing copy for all new listings & re-writing existing advertisements as per our review schedule. This copy should follow the specified templates and use a variety of the specified key words.
  • Finalise entry of Listing information into Agent Box and portal push to ALL advertising websites
  • Refresh & reload ads on all advertising websites as detailed in schedule
  • Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Prepares Information Memorandums by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing specified tasks within the required timeframe
  • Keeping good records and following all procedures for appraising a business correctly
  • Compare a business with similar businesses that have recently sold to determine its comparative market price
  • Filling out statutory documentation correctly, writing and preparing business profiles, editorials and advertising copy
  • Carefully vetting all financial information
  • Preparing business contracts
  • Coordinate settlements and ensure accurate disbursements of funds from Trust Accounts
  • Work with set systems & procedures, with a high attention to detail
  • Provide support and advice to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure all tasks are completed ahead of deadline
  • External stakeholders (solicitors + landlords) are held to account and followed up appropriately as per schedule
  • Synchronised work efforts with the Sales Coordinator, Inside Salesperson, Business Broker and Customer Service via huddles, documentation in AgentBox and regular communication to ensure customers / prospects­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­ aren’t having to repeat themselves
  • Participate in any professional development and training programs as required by your Manager
  • Managing own learning
  • Any other duties as directed by your manager or senior management team

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
  • Bachelor of Laws
  • Juris Doctor
  • Strong business acumen; capability to provide insightful information from data, along with recommendations and solutions as appropriate
  • Advance analysis skills and problem solving ability
  • Strong computer skills, including advance skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Organized, flexible and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Have a very strong understanding of financial statements and be able to see peculiarities in a financial statement at a glance
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with reading and interpreting financial statements
  • Have a high attention to detail and be fully accountable for your own performance
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Experienced with reading & understanding legal documents

Starting Salary based on competency
