Job Description

To professionally support your Broker and Inside Salesperson helping coordinate their sales activities to align with the overarching needs and goals of PeoplePartners BPO Inc.  Your phenomenal organisational skills and high attention to detail will serve you well in ensuring all leads, opportunities and milestones are serviced.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prioritising all incoming leads from marketing
  • Sending and then scheduling the follow-up of all Confidentiality Agreements for the Inside Salesperson
  • Sending Business Profile to Buying Parties
  • Sending Information Memorandum to Buying Parties
  • Fully managing & appointing your Business Brokers diary - scheduling all BAs, CMAs & BIs
  • Prioritising, assigning & overseeing Inside Salesperson Tasks by assigning them to their Task list in AgentBox
  • Sending weekly Seller Activity reports from AgentBox to all listed Selling Parties
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets by supporting your Broker and Inside Salesperson, coordinating sales-related activities within the company
  • Manage your Broker’s Inbox – actioning and responding to all email messages
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely processing of data
  • Inform prospects of any meeting delays with the Broker, apologise and/or offer to reschedule
  • Prepare reports on sales activity & outcomes for submission to Management
  • Provide information for Finance on upcoming listing fees & settlements as a basis for forecasting cash flow
  • Responding to and coordinating all internal meeting requests
  • To record all activity and milestones reached in AgentBox
  • To liaise at all times with all team members and work as a team to reach targets set by the Sales and Marketing Manager
  • You will be in direct contact with both sellers & buyers – chartered with the job of seeing through the process of listing & selling hospitality businesses
  • Work with set systems & procedures, with a high attention to detail
  • Establishes and revises work methods & procedures
  • Synchronised work efforts with the Business Broker, Inside Salesperson, Technical Sales Admin and Customer Service via huddles, documentation in AgentBox and regular communication to ensure customers / prospects­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­ aren’t having to repeat themselves
  • Participate in any professional development and training programs as required by your Manager
  • Managing own learning
  • Any other duties as directed by your manager or senior management team

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
  • Bachelor of Science in Office Administration
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very good at delegating tasks
  • Team player, creative, energetic & outcomes driven
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, to leverage communication both internally & externally
  • Willing and able to attend to customers' needs and enquiries
  • Good analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Phenomenal organisational skills
  • More than 5 years experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant

Starting Salary based on competency
