We’re seeking a superstar! Someone who can craft words into literary masterpieces - compelling, emotive & stimulating of action. You’ll operate within our business as a Digital Marketing Assistant, crafting your literary masterpieces into copy used in online advertising, Blogs, social media posts and general search engine optimisation activities. You will be working directly with the Digital Marketing Manager in executing the Strategic Marketing Plan for the business. You will directly participate in driving the growth of the business and have an exciting, hands-on, broad role to fully test & grow your capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in executing the marketing strategy including web sites, social media, email marketing and lead generation opportunities
  • Drive web assets to ensure the delivery of the online strategy
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure that high quality traffic is being attracted to our multiple web sites
  • Increase awareness and market share for the brand and overall business
  • Implement marketing and communication action plans and media strategy to achieve optimum exposure and achieve defined business objectives
  • Ensure sales departments are provided full complements of leads through various lead generation activities and provide customer centric solutions

Requirements

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism / Mass Communication major in Advertising and Public Relations
  • Experience in SEO or PPC will be highly regarded
  • Excellent creative copy writing, communication and analytical skills
  • Multichannel digital marketing experience will be highly regarded
  • Experience with web content management and applications
  • Previous experience in an office environment is essential
  • Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Google Advertising Professional certification is an advantage
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A mature approach to working independently and a personable attitude to working in a team environment
  • A responsible attitude to life and work. The ability to take ownership of tasks received
